I am going on a Royal Caribbean cruise next month, and I already pre-paid for the tipping.
It was $58.50 per person.
Does that mean that I won't be charged the extra 15% on drinks?

I am looking for Royal Caribbean blinking light glasses.They look like pilsner glasses and they blink on the bottom Does anyone know how I might obtain them?
