Has anyone got advise on a European vacation?

We are hitting Rome (3 days), Italy; Naples, Italy; Dubrovnik, Croatia; Venice, Italy; Venice, Italy; Messina, Sicily, Italy; Barcelona, Spain; Cannes, France; Livorno, Italy in June via Carnival cruise.
